      As some of you know, I was with Scottrade for many years, then had to transfer to Ameritrade when Scottrade was sold. Ameritrade is OK, but I couldn’t get used to it. LD previously had recommended Schwab, and so I finally opened an an account. The guy I talked to said any former Scottrade user can get free trades for as long as he was an account holder at Scottrade. I opened my account in 2002, and now I have 16 years of free trades!
      I’ve done several trades so far, all free. I’m not much on giving people free advertising, but I thought this was an offer some here might appreciate.

        • Lesson Learned: I have made one mistake when I bought around 4000 shares of FMCCM, then I tried to but another block of FMCCM, but during the 2nd time when I bought, I mistakenly set to sell 4000 shares at a lower price instead to buy 4000 more share which was I intended to do. Fortunately, I only sold out 507 shares out of 4000 shares at lower price, and I have found the problem and cancel the trade. I have lost $126 on this mistake. I should not make the same mistake again. always check what trade have I placed, sell or buy.
